Victoria Leclerc

Victoria has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2022. She joined LE TUTOUR Avocats in 2021.

Victoria is a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar. 

She acts mainly on civil liability cases, the majority of them having an international dimension and raising cross-cutting issues in aviation law, criminal law, medical liability law.

Prior to joining the firm, Victoria gained experience within French and foreign law firms dedicated to cross-border disputes. She notably worked at the German law firms Clifford Chance LLP and Hanefeld Rechtsanwälte but also at the Swiss law firm LALIVE SA.

She holds a Master 1 – Business Law from Paris-Dauphine University and a Master 2 – International Arbitration and Litigation from Paris-Saclay University.

In parallel to her work at the firm, Victoria attends a specialised course in criminal procedure (delivered by the Aix-Marseille University).

She works indifferently in French or English.
