Victoria Leclerc

Victoria is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. She joined Le Tutour Avocats in 2021.

Victoria Leclerc acts mainly in civil and criminal liability cases, the majority of them having an international dimension and raising cross-cutting issues in health and medical device liability law, aviation law and criminal law, 

She participates in the implementation of mass claims cases carried out by the firm, both at pre-litigation and litigation stage (PIP and ALLERGAN cases).

She also acts in the context of proceedings brought before French criminal courts and monitors the investigation of these cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Victoria gained experience within French and foreign law firms dedicated to cross-border disputes. She notably worked  at the Swiss law firm LALIVE SA.

She holds a Master 1 – Private and Business Law from Paris-Dauphine University and a Master 2 – International Arbitration and Litigation from Paris-Saclay University.

Victoria also holds a criminal procedure diploma (delivered by the Aix-Marseille University).

She works indifferently in French or English.
