Pauline Chausson
Pauline has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2017. She joined Le Tutour Avocats in 2019.
Pauline Chausson mainly works on cases involving personal injury, often with an international scope (accidents in France involving foreign victims or accidents abroad involving French victims), and dealing with aviation law, medical liability law, civil liability law (defective products, liability due to things or animals, road traffic accidents, etc.) or criminal law.
She defends victims in the context of amicable proceedings (settlement, CCI, etc.) as well as before the courts (civil courts, administrative courts, CIVI, etc.).
She defends in particular:
- victims of defective breast implants
- victims of medical accidents with or without fault
- victims of leisure accidents
Prior to joining the firm, Pauline began her professional career with the American firm Galluzzo & Arnone LLP in New York. There, she developed a practice in American law, both state and federal, and became familiar with negotiation techniques.
She then worked for two years at the Parisian law firm Soulez Larivière et Associés, where she developed a solid experience in civil and criminal litigation in highly technical and sectoral cases.
In addition to her work at the firm, Pauline carries out criminal emergency defense mission.
Pauline is fluent in English.
